Mark Siddall and Bradley Parrott at Opus Restructuring & Insolvency were appointed as joint administrators of HANX Limited on Thursday 12th February 2026.  The appointment was made following an application to the Court as a result of the Company receiving a statutory demand from a creditor and the subsequent risk of a winding up petition being presented against it.

The administrators will now undertake a process to assess the position of the business and its assets, with the objective of achieving the best possible outcome for creditors. This will include seeking any interest in an acquisition of the Company or its business and assets.
